You have been selected to receive free COVID-19 testing. The testing is part of a study by the Indiana University Fairbanks School of Public Health and the Indiana Department of Health to better understand the impact of COVID-19 across the Hoosier state. Please help with this study by getting tested.

You will be asked to provide both a nasal (nose) swab and anyone age 12 and older will also provide a small blood sample at a testing site near you. You will also be asked a series of questions regarding your health and any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 infection.

You will be tested regardless of signs or symptoms at the time and regardless of whether or not you have been tested before. Testing sites for this study will be made available across the state of Indiana. Test results will be kept confidential and will be available to you on a secure website as soon as they are ready. Participants with positive virology test results will be called by contact tracers to help ensure the safe, sustainable and effective quarantine of contacts to prevent additional transmission.

Please consider participating to help inform decisions about how to best protect Hoosiers during this public health emergency. Call 866-254-3933 for more information or click here to register for the study.
